Curt Daughtry
Managing Partner
Curt is a seasoned leader in data analytics and has spent the last 15 years driving transformative data initiatives in business intelligence and advanced analytics. He has helped dozens of companies leverage data to deliver real financial impact. At Endpoint, Curt is dedicated to guiding business leaders through the complexities of data science and AI, ensuring solutions are actionable and aligned with business goals.
Curt is a graduate from Clemson University, currently serves on the MBA Advisory board for Anderson University and is certified in a number of different data-centric technologies including Qlik, Alteryx, and ThoughtSpot.
In his free time, Curt loves to travel with his family and fly airplanes.
Andy Gibson
Partner
Andy Gibson is a visionary leader known for his creativity and deep convictions. With an MBA and extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, Andy brings a unique perspective to Endpoint. For over a decade, he led a nonprofit organization he co-founded in South Carolina, transforming it into a community cornerstone. Andy spearheaded initiatives such as establishing a board, leading capital campaigns, and overseeing a seamless leadership transition. His efforts earned him recognition, including awards such as "Top 20 Under 40" and Executive Director of the Year.
After his tenure, Andy spent three years living abroad, investing in international markets across 14 countries and immersing himself in diverse cultures. These experiences honed his belief in bringing out the best in people and resources. At Endpoint, Andy’s ability to envision and execute collaborative solutions inspires leaders and organizations to achieve meaningful, impactful change.
